Account Deletion

Delete your Yaltopia Home account

You can delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email. This page satisfies Apple App Store and Google Play account deletion requirements.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Sign in to Yaltopia Home on iOS, Android, or the web.
Open Profile or Account Settings.
Scroll to Delete Account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

Go to Account Settings

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address or phone number linked to your account.

What we delete

Account profile information
Login and authentication records tied to your account
Saved favorites and watchlist data
Appointment requests linked to your account, where legally possible
Comments and notification preferences tied to your account

Data we may retain

Records required for legal, tax, or compliance obligations
Fraud prevention, safety, or security records
Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Limited backup copies until scheduled deletion
