Essential cookies
- Sign-in session (next-auth.session-token, next-auth.csrf-token, next-auth.callback-url; __Secure-/__Host- prefixed on HTTPS): keeps you signed in and protects sign-in forms. Set when you log in, removed when you log out or the session expires.
- Yaltopia Homes API session: when you sign in, our API may set its own authentication cookie so your account requests (favorites, appointments, bookings, profile) are recognised.
Support chat
- Our in-app support chat is provided by Chatwoot, served from chat.yaltopia.com. It sets cookies that link your browser to your support conversation so the chat history is kept between visits.
Sign-in providers
- If you choose Continue with Google or Log in with Telegram, Google or Telegram may set their own cookies under their own policies while you use their sign-in.
Browser storage (not cookies)
- Language preference (locale) in local storage, so the site opens in the language you picked.
- Push notification token (fcm_token) in local storage, only if you allow notifications.
- A short-lived API access token and a splash-screen flag in session storage; both are cleared when you close the tab.
What we do not use
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
Managing cookies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies you will not be able to sign in, but you can still browse listings.
- Clearing site data in your browser also removes the browser storage items above.
